In every core area, Metis has export capability which you can use to get your data out of the system.

1. Click Zones in the navigation bar, and click Clients.

2. On the List page, click the Export icon on the right-hand side.


Opportunities List

1. Click Zones in the navigation bar, and click Opportunities.

2. On the List page, click the Export icon on the right-hand side.


Opportunities Report

1. Click Zones in the navigation bar, and click Opportunities.

2. On the List page, click the Reports dropdown, and select the report you'd like to see.


 tip!

Remember, you can set the time period of data you'd like to see, in the Time Period field. You can also edit the variables displayed in the report, in Data Fields. Click here to find out more about setting up your Report.



3. Click the Export icon on the right-hand side.



Jobs List

1. Click Zones in the navigation bar, and click Jobs.

2. On the List page, click the Export icon on the right-hand side.



Jobs Report

1. Click Zones in the navigation bar, and click Jobs.

2. On the List page, click the Reports dropdown, and select the report you'd like to see.

 tip!

3. Click the Export icon on the right-hand side.


People List

1. Click Zones in the navigation bar, and click People.

2. On the List page, click the Export icon on the right-hand side.



People Report

Resourcing Report

1. Click Zones in the navigation bar, and click Resourcing.

2. On the List page, click the Reports dropdown, and select the report you'd like to see.

3. Click the Export icon on the right-hand side.



Manage > Timesheets

Tip!


This is a different method to other exports in Metis - please pay attention to the video/instructions.

1. Click Zones in the navigation bar, and click Manage.

2. Click the Timesheets sub-tab, and open the Filters.

3. Apply the filters with no information, and the list will update.
4. Click the To CSV icon that appears underneath the filters.



Manage > People Expenses

1. Click Zones in the navigation bar, and click Manage.

2. Select the People Expenses sub-tab.
3. Click the Export icon on the right-hand side.



Manage > Xero-friendly People Expenses

1. Click Zones in the navigation bar, and click Manage.

2. Select the People Expenses sub-tab.
3. Click the Run Xero bill extract link on the right-hand side.


Manage > People Expenses Receipts Images

3. Click Run Receipt Image Extract on the right-hand side.

This file contains all receipt images, from both personal expenses and central expenses. It also contains the manifest for both expense types.

2. Select the Central Expenses sub-tab.
3. Click the Export icon on the right-hand side.

2. Select the Central Expenses sub-tab.
3. Click Run Receipt Image Extract on the right-hand side.
