In Metis, you can tag a Job or an Opportunity as Strategic.
What this means is that this is important to your business - this may be a key job so you want to pay close attention to it. By tagging something as Strategic, it appears clearly on the Job/Opportunities list so you can find it easily.

How can I mark a job/opportunity as strategic?
On the Details page of a Job or an Opportunity, go into Edit mode (by clicking on the right hand side).
In the section where you designate the Job/Opportunity type, you'll see the Strategic icon. If you want to mark this as Strategic, just tick this box.
How can I see strategic jobs/opportunities in list view?
On the Jobs/Opportunities list page, ones marked as strategic will show up as below:
