Perhaps you began using Metis with good intentions, but now aren't using it as you thought you would be? Maybe you've tried Metis and have decided that it's not quite right for you?


No problem, just let us know so we can deactivate your account.

What does deactivate my account mean?


From the date you tell us you don't want to use Metis anymore, we give you 7 days to go into Metis and export any data you want to keep. Once you're deactivated, you won't be able to login to Metis, so make sure you export your data before this date.

We do keep your data for a short while after deactivating your Metis account (just in case!), but we won't keep it longer than 30 days. After 30 days from the date which you've given us notice, we'll delete your data.


What do I need to do to deactivate my account?


You don't need to action anything, just let us know that you want us to deactivate your account, and we'll take care of the rest.
