Jobs is a core Zone in Metis where you can come to see all of the business's jobs including client and internal jobs, both past and current. 


You can also edit the Jobs from this page if anything changes during the Job's running, including adjusting dates, revenue/costs and resources booked onto them.

What will I see on the Jobs page?

On this page you'll see:

How do I add a new client job?


On the Jobs list page, click the + Add Client Job button.

How do I add a new internal Job?

How can I edit an existing Job's details?


From the Jobs list page, click the job's name or the Eye Icon

Then, click Edit in the top right hand corner.

How can I add resources to a job?


To add resources to a job, navigate to the Budget tab.

Job_resource_plan


At the bottom of the page you'll see the Resource Plan. This where you can add resources to the job, and allow people to enter time against it on their timesheets.

Tip!



When you add someone to a job's resource plan, you allow them to charge time and expenses to the job. If someone can't submit time or expenses to a job, check they are on the Resource Plan.
