Dashboards is where you come to see an overview of how the business is performing against its targets.
What will I see on the Dashboards?
You'll see:

5. A dynamic list from the selected panel above it
You can also choose to view a Dashboard for different Practices, if your business has them set up. This would show Jobs, Opportunities and People specific to your chosen Practice only.
Pipeline
This panel shows you your business's forecast revenue from active jobs, and opportunities (weighted by their probability), against the business target for a 3 month period.
The bar graph shows you more detail and in longer periods which you can choose. You can also see a top level summary of your whole business's financial performance against target, and look into each month for a breakdown of the performance.
If you click Show data table, you will see the breakdown of information in a tabular format (as below).
The dynamic list at the bottom of the page shows important opportunities from across the business, which you can interact with to find out more information.
Jobs
This panel shows you a summary of your business's active jobs, their combined value and the current progress against targets.
Active jobs are then broken down by gross margin against your set targets and tolerance.

People
This panel shows you a group utilisation percentage for all of the People in the business (staff, who are marked as counted in group utilisation calculations), for the last completed month and the financial year to date, compared with business targets.
The colours of the numbers will correspond to your company utilisation targets:
- green is within tolerance of your target
- light orange is below tolerance of your target
- dark orange is above tolerance of your target
You are shown a breakdown of overall workload by month, to check if people are under or over utilised. You also see overall compliance information.
The dynamic list at the bottom of the page shows all people who affect utilisation, and you can click into someone's profile for further information.
How can I view dashboard information specific to my Practice?
Select your practice from the dropdown menu, and the Dashboards page will refresh with only information specific to your practice.
