The Receipts tab on the Metis Mobile App allows you to create a new expense claim, add expenses and submit. It also allows you to upload, edit and delete receipt images. Your changes are automatically synced with Metis on the web so that the My receipts library is up to date.


In this article: 



Upload receipt images from your phone

  1. From Receipts, select the Add icon
  2. Take a new Photo or Upload from Gallery



Filter to show all receipt images


  1. From Receipts, select the cog icon
  2. Deselect "non used' and select Apply Filters


Filter receipt images by date

  1. From Receipts, select the cog icon
  2. Deselect "non used' and select Apply Filters
  3. Enter From and To dates and select Apply Filters



Rename a receipt image


  1. Swipe left on the item you wish to edit and select Edit
  2. Change the name of the receipt image
  3. Select Save.



Delete a receipt image


  1. Swipe left on the item you wish to delete and select Delete
  2. To confirm your choice, select Delete once more


TIP - All your receipt images uploaded to my Receipts Library are synced and can be accessed on both the Metis Mobile App and through Metis on the web. You can even add receipts when you have no internet connection or are in flight mode - when your network connection returns the Metis Mobile App syncs and the new receipts appear in your Receipt Library on through Metis on the web.


What if I can't see changes I made on mobile in Metis on the web?


If you added or renamed receipts when you did not have an internet connection these changes need to sync with Metis on the web before you can see the updates in your Receipt Library.  


  1. Make sure you have a network connection.
  2. Open the Metis Mobile App and wait for the receipts list to refresh.
  3. If it does not do it automatically then pull down the list to force a refresh.
