To view the current bookings of all of your employees, navigate to the Zones tab at the top of the page, and under that click Resourcing

  1. Below each user's name, you can view their respective working hours. If the user has not entered an individual working week, the user will have, by default, the company standard working week (which is defined in 'Settings' - Admin users only). If the user has an individual working week with fewer hours than the company standard working week, the user will have the status 'Part Time' instead of the default 'Full Time' given to users who are following the company standard working week.
  2. The open button expands to show a detailed view of each individual's allocations
  3. Total bookings for users are shown on a weekly basis. You can see the total hours that the user has been allocated for a week, and the total hours available for that week.
  4. A week in which the user is overbooked (booked hours exceed total hours) will be highlighted in red in the Resource plan.
  5. Press the green close button to hide detail about an individual
  6. Shows the number of hours in the week that this individual is allocated to client jobs. Details are shown if you hover the mouse over the numbers
  7. Shows the number of hours in the week that this individual is allocated to internal jobs. Details are shown if you hover the mouse over the numbers
  8. Shows the number of hours in the week that this individual has booked as time off. Details are shown if you hover the mouse over the numbers
  9. In addition to firm allocation, you can see provisional bookings for work in the sales pipeline. These are based on the bookings done for the 'provisional team' in each opportunity.
